Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and progressing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have experience in meeting and exceeding quarterly as well as annual sales targets, through the generation of new business. They will be an incredibly driven individual, who works hard for the betterment of the whole company, focussing on the bigger picture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure maximum delivery against sales targets by generating new business
- Speaking to B2B stakeholders to determine their potential needs
- Using industry and product knowledge to build strong relationships with other organisations
- Presenting and negotiating business proposals to clients and closing sales both in person and over the phone
- Maintaining an accurate record of sales progression in SalesForce and reporting as required
What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years of experience working in B2B sales
- Experience of working in the financial services industry would be an advantage
- Outstanding organisational, written and oral communication skills, as well as strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Excellent MS Office skills are a must
- An understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be beneficial
- The ability to work under high pressure situations and manage a heavy workload is essential

Digital Marketing Manager
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will develop our digital marketing strategies to optimise our brand and promote our products. Increasing brand loyalty and awareness are also a must – the successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and have produced quantifiable results. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, implement, and monitor each of our digital marketing campaigns

Junior Developer
As a junior developer, you’ll work alongside more senior developers across a wide range of projects. You’ll be involved in various concept-to-delivery solutions and will also help in testing and support of our current products. The successful candidate will be able to learn new skills quickly and won’t be afraid to ask questions in order to further their learning. They will be proficient at both supporting other team members and working independently.

Midweight Developer
We’re looking for a mid weight developer who will be working alongside our small team of developers to create and improve clean and responsive web sites and applications. The company specialises in digital marketing and fintech, and is currently expanding its product portfolio. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple financial software solutions and helping support more junior members of the development team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with other developers designing and implementing software solutions
- Plan and set accurate delivery expectations, providing regular updates to key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
